Your role

This role is a critical administrative and coordination role supporting a sales team. This role will work closely with the Sales Director and their sales team to provide support including meeting coordination, making domestic travel bookings, filing and other general admin duties.

Your Responsibilities include (and not limited to):

  • Perform administrative duties to support the team including meeting coordination, making domestic travel bookings, filing and other general admin duties
  • Update and maintain information systems, databases, records, files and confidential documents, taking into consideration company policies, compliance and audit procedures
  • Manage POs, invoices and vendor set-up in a timely manner and follow up to ensure compliance guidelines met
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings, training courses and conferences as required
  • Provide support to the field Key Account Management team
  • Process sample order requests from the field Key Account Management team and own sample process including monthly reporting process
  • Assist in booking domestic travel and hotels for respective sales teams within company guidelines
  • Collaborate with other Coordinators across the ANI ANZ business
  • Assist with ad hoc requirements and projects as required.

About you

Here's what Abbott is looking for in this role:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or Marketing
  • Previous administrative experience in a similar role
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload with strong time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; general exposure to, or willingness to learn key digital tools
