We seek a confident, mature-minded individual who is able to show initiative, accuracy, and punctuality with a keen interest to pursue a career in immigration law.
Ideally, the successful applicant will have:
• Office experience (1-2 years)
• Good computer and typing skills
• Familiar with the use of Outlook, Windows, and data/case management software
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
• Diploma or tertiary degree qualified
Daily responsibilities consist of:
• File management and general office duties
• Assisting with preparation of visa applications
• Assisting with the preparation of electronic communications with clients and the department of immigration.
• General administration
• Database entry
