The Role:

Based at our Mascot campus, the IT Coordinator role will be responsible for handling the internal helpdesk and working on hardware items such as laptops, printers and video conferencing equipment.

To ensure success as an IT Coordinator, you should display the strong technical aptitude needed to help staff solve their technical issues as quickly as possible. This position will report directly to the ICT Manager

Key Deliverables/ Responsibilities:

  • Working on the internal helpdesk resolving support tickets raised by our staff
  • Setting up laptops for new users and documenting inventory
  • Setting up events using available hardware throughout the office depending on the requirements
  • Handling licenses for various systems/applications for users
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
  • Ensuring networks are operational and providing optimum service
  • Raising trends/patterns in issues with the ICT Manager to put in preventative measures to improve the experience for the business
  • Working with the ICT Manager (or alone) on various projects that may arise throughout the business
  • Take part in staff orientation representing the ICT space.

Are you our next All-Star?

  • You must be qualified in any IT-related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Must have experience working on support helpdesk and operating systems (such as Windows & MAC).
  • Must have experience with Google workspace and Office365
  • The ability to troubleshoot and repair issues (hardware, software, networking, video conferencing) is essential.
  • Experience working with Vendors (service providers, account managers, couriers)
