303 MullenLowe is a full service agency. A different kind of beast, delivering clients an unfair advantage. Here you’ll find the different arms of our industry - advertising, data, technical skills and media buying – in one place. No walls. No silos.

We’re an agency that is filled with people who share the ambition to punch above our weight. We come together on a common set of values in the endeavour of always gaining that unfair advantage, for the benefit of the agency and our clients.

If that sounds like something you’d like to be part of, we’d love to hear from you.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a switched-on and ambitious freelance CMS Coordinator to join us for 1-2 months to work on a major luxury brand and be part of a dynamic, growing team. You’ll have a strong grasp of technology and be responsible for uploading and maintaining CMS platforms including web content, copy, graphic elements, and other digital media within the platforms. The right person will be a digital ‘native’, with a passion for all things interactive.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand guidelines
  • CMS experience (AEM is preferred)
  • Tech savvy graduate
  • Confident working with web applications and platforms
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Exposure to HTML language is desirable
  • Passion for data
  • PowerPoint/Keynote and Excel essential
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Media/Advertising industry experience is a benefit but not necessary
